Beginner-friendly guide

How W2C shopping works, in six simple steps

New to W2C? Here is the whole journey — from picking a product to receiving your parcel — explained without jargon.

The process

From discovery to delivery

1

Step 1

Find a product

Use the search bar or browse our curated spreadsheet to find the exact item you want — by brand, model, or keyword.

2

Step 2

Compare listings

Each product has multiple sellers, prices, and warehouses. Read details, compare options, and pick the listing that fits your budget.

3

Step 3

Request QC photos

After your agent receives the item from the seller, they take quality-control photos so you can inspect it before it ships.

4

Step 4

Choose a shopping agent

Agents place the order for you, store your parcels, and ship internationally. Compare fees, services, and reviews on our agents page.

5

Step 5

Submit your order

Open the agent link, paste the seller URL, pick size/variant, and pay your agent. We do not handle payments — you pay your agent directly.

6

Step 6

Ship worldwide

Once you approve QC, your agent combines parcels and ships to your country via the line you choose (express, sea, or economy).

Pro tips

Save more and ship smarter

Combine parcels to save shipping

Buy several items, then ask your agent to consolidate them into one box. You pay once for international shipping, not per item.

Pick the right warehouse

Most agents offer multiple warehouses. The right one depends on what you buy — clothes, shoes, tech — and where you live.

FAQ

Common questions

Is using W2C Links free?

Yes. Browsing, searching, and reading our guides is completely free. You only pay your shopping agent for the goods, agent fees, and shipping.

Do you sell the products directly?

No. We are an independent directory — we do not stock, sell, or ship anything. We help you find items and connect you to trusted shopping agents.

What is a shopping agent?

A shopping agent buys items on your behalf from local sellers, takes QC photos, stores parcels in their warehouse, and forwards them internationally.

Can I use my own agent?

Absolutely. Our links are convenient defaults, but you can copy any seller URL and paste it into the agent of your choice.

Why are QC photos important?

QC photos let you verify quality before international shipping — much harder and more expensive to return once the parcel has left the warehouse.

A seller link is dead — what now?

Sellers occasionally take listings offline. Use the search bar to find another seller for the same product, or check the agent's internal search.

How is the final price calculated?

Product price plus your agent's service fee plus international shipping (and any customs duties charged by your country). The agent shows the breakdown before you pay.

Can I return an item?

Returns are limited — typically only possible before international shipping. This is why QC photos matter. Each agent has its own return rules.
