90 days from arrival at the China warehouse. After 90 days storage is roughly ¥1 per cubic metre per day, so it pays to consolidate and ship within the window rather than stockpile.
How many QC photos do I get per item?
The first 5 photos are free (overall shot, tags, defect close-ups). Extra angles are ¥2 each. Shoes default to 4 angles by convention: box, upper, sole and lining.
Can I return an item after it arrives at the warehouse?
You have a 3-day window after warehouse arrival to request a return back to the seller (subject to seller policy), with shipping at your cost. Once the international parcel ships, returns to the China warehouse are no longer supported.
How is international shipping cost calculated?
By the greater of volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000 cm) and actual weight, multiplied by the per-kg rate of the chosen line. The parcel page lists 4-6 lines side by side before you confirm.
