More about Vigorbuy
How Vigorbuy works
You either shop the self-run VigorMall storefront or submit a product link from Taobao, 1688, Weidian or Xianyu. Vigorbuy purchases the item commission-free, receives it at its China warehouse, and takes free QC arrival photos of the exterior. You preview the parcel, download an invoice if needed, consolidate and ship, paying only item cost, freight and duties.
VigorMall and expanded search
Vigorbuy's own VigorMall storefront gives you a curated in-house catalog to browse alongside the usual marketplaces. Its search also reaches Xianyu, China's large secondhand marketplace, in addition to Taobao, 1688 and Weidian, which opens up sourcing options that many agents do not surface.
Parcel Preview and invoices
Two features stand out for record-keeping. Parcel Preview lets you inspect what is going into your shipment before it ships, and downloadable invoices give you clean documentation of the contents. Together they help with customs paperwork and keeping a personal log of your hauls.
QC scope, storage and payments
QC is free and covers the exterior only: color, damage, stains, size, model and version. Electronics are not powered on, and color or size tolerances are excluded, so set expectations accordingly. Items get 90 days of free storage before possible disposal, and payments support multiple currencies and international card top-ups for overseas buyers.
